Director Lokesh Kanagaraj' story Benz is now being made into a film with actor Raghava Lawrence in the lead, and marking the Tamil New Year, it was officially announced that Benz will be directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan of Remo (2016), Sulthan (2021) fame. 

Benz is a production venture of Passion Studios, The Route in association with Lokesh Kanagaraj's G Squad. 'A warrior with a cause is the most dangerous soldier' is the tagline of Benz, which also has screenplay by Bakkiyaraj Kannan. 

Benz is Lokesh Kanagaraj's second production venture, and the film's post-theatrical OTT rights are with Netflix streaming platform.
