Leo, the third movie in director Lokesh Kanagaraj's LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe) franchise after Kaithi (2019) and Vikram (2022), is all set to release in theaters from tomorrow. Leo is Lokesh's second collaboration with actor Vijay after Master (2021) and is an official adaption of the graphic novel A History of Violence (1997) written by John Wagner and illustrated by Vince Locke. Plot: Parthiban is a Kashmir-based café owner who unexpectedly becomes local hero and receives national attention. When he is visited by thugs and underworld mafia looking for one 'Leo Das', Parthiban vehemently protests to everyone including wife Sathya that its a case of mistaken identity. But he is eventually forced to drop his façade.
