[Updated June 15, 2023] Actor, music composer Vijay Antony recently made his directorial debut with Pichaikkaran 2: Anti Bikili, a spiritual sequel to Vijay Antony's 2016 hit movie Pichaikkaran. Pichaikkaran 2 released in theaters on May 19, 2023 and is about how the lives of two doppelgangers from extreme opposite worlds, gets intertwined due to a forced brain transplantation.

Pichaikkaran 2: Anti Bikili is now all set for a digital premiere on Disney Plus Hotstar and film's OTT release date has been officially announced to be June 18, 2023 [Sunday].

Also starring Kavya Thapar, Radha Ravi, Y.G. Mahendran, John Vijay, Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan among others, Pichaikkaran 2's Telugu version Bichagadu 2 is also expected to make OTT premiere.
