Actor Suriya's 41st film is a home production by 2D Entertainment, and the movie is directed by Bala. The film has been titled as Vanangaan in Tamil and Achaludu in Telugu. A title look poster is all that is out of the movie so far. 

We had previously reported that the Bala directorial is likely to skip theatrical release and have a direct OTT release on Amazon Prime Video. Latest we hear, the OTT platform is planning to premiere a big film for Diwali this October and is trying to fit Vanangaan to this slot. 

However, nothing is official as yet. Vanangaan also stars Krithi Shetty, Mamitha Baiju as female leads and its technical crew includes of GV Prakash for music, Balasubramaniem for cinematography. Sathish Suriya for edits and V. Mayapandi for art.
