Actor Kamal Haasan has a slew of interesting line-ups in his kitty. While his home production Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently in post-production, Kamal Haasan is also expected to resume director Shankar's Indian 2 soon. Additionally, the Ulaganayagan has also confirmed that he will be teaming up with directors Pa. Ranjith, Vetrimaaran and Mahesh Narayanan.

Added to this, latest buzz is that M. Muthaiah, director of films like Komban (2015), Marudhu (2016) and the upcoming Karthi, Aditi Shankar starrer Viruman will be potentially be helming Kamal Haasan. Reportedly the director has narrated a rural story to Haasan, which the actor has liked. 

It remains to be seen if this duo end up teaming on a project.
