Gautham Menon directed JOSHUA Imai Pol Kaakha had its trailer release on the platform of Kamal Haasan hosted reality show Bigg Boss Tamil, on the day the film's hero Varun got evicted as the show's contestant. Joshua will see Varun as a high profile contract killer who is handling adversaries from the past and present. 

The movie also stars actors Krishna, Raahei, Divyadharshini among others and is produced by Ishari K Ganesh's Vels Film International Ltd. The technical crew of JOSHUA includes singer Karthik for music, SR Kathir for cinematography and Anthony for edits.
