The trailer of Aishwarya Rajesh's upcoming eco-horror Boomika was unveiled recently and the video follows the plot of a group of people falling prey to the haunting spirits of a secluded property. Directed by Rathindran Prasad, Boomika also stars Pavel Navageethan, debutants Surya Ganapathy and Madhuri and child actors Ayaan and Avantika among others. 

The movie is produced by Passion Studios and Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Films and is gearing up for a direct premiere on Vijay TV on August 22, 2021. Boomika will air at 3:00 PM that Sunday and is expected to stream on Netflix the same night.

Boomika is U certified and comes with a run time of 2 hours and 3 minutes (123 minutes). The technical crew of this film includes Prithvi Chandrasekar for music, Roberto Zazzara from Italy for cinematography and Anand Geraldin for the edits.
