The shooting of D 44, Dhanush's upcoming film with director Mithran Jawahar and Sun Pictures has officially begun. The production house shared images of a pooja cermony and seen present were the film's other cast members like Nithya Menen, Prakash Raj, Bharathi Raja among others.

D 44 has music by Anirudh and also stars Raashi Khanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar as female leads.
