Ayngaran is an upcoming social drama starring G.V. Prakash and Mahima Nambiar and the film has now joined the long list of Tamil releases that will skip theatrical release and premiere directly on OTT. The makers are said to have struck a deal with Sony Liv and the movie's release date is expected to be August 13, 2021.

Eeti director Ravi Arasu has helmed this movie and it will be the first direct OTT release for GV Prakash as an actor.
