A few days back actor Sivakarthikeyan announced his new project DON which we knew was gearing up to be shot at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. While the film will begin shooting at an Engineering College in the city, latest we hear is that Sivakarthikeyan and team are all set to begin tomorrow i.e. February 11, 2021.

The team leaves from Chennai today and they will be filming in Coimbatore for the next 25 odd days. Produced by Lyca Productions and directed by debutant Cibi Chakravarthy, DON also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, SJ Suryah, Samuthirakani and Soori among others and has music by Anirudh.

The film is expected to release in September, 2021 even before Sivakarthikeyan's long-in-the-making movie Ayalaan.
