Thalapathy 65 (tentative title), Vijay's upcoming project with Sun Pictures is all the buzz now that Master is out and about. It is being said that Thalapathy 65 will begin shooting in April, 2021 and Vijay is most likely to treat his fans to the first glimpses of the project by Tamil New year. 

Pooja Hegde was in the news recently for playing female lead in the movie but sources close the film maintain that casting has not been finalized. Thalapathy 65 will be directed by Nelson of Kolamaavu Kokila fame and has music by Anirudh.
