After it was officially confirmed that Khushbu Sundar has jumped ships from the Indian National Congress (INC) to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), netizens had a field day trolling the actress for her switch. The troll level was higher than normal because over the last few years Khushbu held a reputation of dragging and slandering BJP leaders and followers (who are referred to by a term 'Sanghi', often considered a slur by BJP critics).

Interestingly, many BJP supporters were a part of this troll bandwagon since such tweets by Khushbu were made as recently as a few days ago and she had not taken down her heavy criticism of the political party she joined today.
