In times of Indian movies premiering directly on OTT platforms bypassing movie theaters, the Zee Network company announced a pay-per-view platform called ZeePlex where movies can be watched one time for a specific price (just like in movie theaters but digitally). And reports have been doing the rounds that Tamil movie Ka Pae Ranasingam sarring Vijay Sethupathi and Aishwarya Rajesh will be one of the movies to release through this model of OTT.

While an official confirmation awaits, this method of releasing sure does ensure optimum commercialization of a film ithrough the digital/streaming/OTT service. Directed by Virumandi and produced by KJR Studios, Ka Pa e Ranasingam also stars Bhavani Sri and Rangaraj Pandey with Ghibran for music.
