International director Christopher Nolan who has given us sci-fi gems such as Inception (2010) and Interstellar (2014) is returning to the genre with one of this year's highly awaited movies, Tenet. An earlier released trailer from the film, whose story is being kept under wraps lead to the theory that manipulation of time/time travel may help the movie's protagonists in attempting to prevent World War III (Avengers: End Game style).
However, Twilight star Robert Pattinson who plays a key role in the movie busted the myth recently by confirming that there is no 'time travel' in Tenet. He also went on to say, "He (his character in the movie) is not a time traveler. There’s actually no time traveling. That’s, like, the one thing I’m approved to say."
Tenet is still scheduled for a release on July 17, 2020, though that is likely not to happen given the halt in production due to outbreak of novel Coronavirus COVID19 causing a pandemic. The movie has John David Washington playing one of the two agents alongside Pattinson who set out to stop the potentially catastrophic event.
