Earlier this month, producer Ishari Ganesh had announced that his production house Vels Film International will be teaming up with director Gautham Menon for three films including a woman-centric movie.

Recently there was a buzz that this movie is an adaptation of one of Govind Nihalani's scripts (Kamal Haasan's Kuruthipunal was adapted from his script Drohkaal) and that actress Anushka Shetty will be playing the lead in it. 

Producer Ishari Ganesh recently confirmed Anushka's casting in the movie and the film is expected to begin shooting from 2020. Keep watching this space for more updates on the film.
