Rajinikanth clarifies statements on BJP, Rajiv Gandhi Assasination!

 

A day after commenting the Bharatiya Janata Party may be dangerous and sending everyone into a guessing tizzy if Rajinikanth had taken his first diss against the Modi-led government, the Superstar actor with political ambitions today held a brief press interaction (video here) for clarifying his statement. 

Rajinikanth said, “My answer was to the question of whether or not the opposition parties see the BJP as a dangerous party..As for whether or not BJP is dangerous for the people..it is for the people to see and to decide.”

Also addressing his now viral statement of 'Which seven people' when questioned about the release issue of the seven convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, Rajinikanth said,

"I am not a fool to not know about the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case...I was one of the first persons to meet Perarivalan when he came out on parole..The person who asked the question did not mention the details instead he simply asked 'what do you think of those seven people' to which I replied 'which seven people'.."

It is worth mentioning here that Rajinikanth kind of cemented his loyalty towards the BJP when he answered a question on the ongoing Mahagathbandhan Vs NDA war. The 2.0 actor said, "If 10 people are going up against one, who do you think is more powerful? Those 10 people or that single person?"
