Sarkar is gearing up for a massive release worldwide on Diwali (November 6). Vijay's film is set to release in holiday destination Hawaii for the first time. Sarkar will also release in lot of large screen premium format XD screens across USA.

The film will have its US premier on 5th November. Due to heavy demand, many special shows have been added by USA Exhibitors. Special shows have been arranged across USA in 150 cities with an estimated 500+ shows on Day 1. Advance booking for the film is currently in progress. 

Sarkar starring Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles is directed by A.R. Murugadoss. The film bankrolled by Sun Pictures has music by A.R. Rahman.
