Kaala enters all-time Top 5 Chennai city grosser list!

Rajinikanth starrer Kaala has now entered the all time top 5 Chennai city grossers, overhauling Enthiran's lifetime collections of Rs. 11.2 crore in the city. Kaala has managed to gross Rs. 11.25 crore in 18 days and is most likely to beat Theri's collection of Rs. 11.5 Crore though breaking Kabali's record seems a little unattainable. For now, the Top 5 Chennai city grossers list looks as follows:

  1. Baahubali 2 - Rs. 18. 85 Crore
  2. Mersal - Rs. 13. 10 Crore
  3. Kabali - Rs. 12. 35 Crore
  4. Theri - Rs. 11. 5 Crore
  5. Kaala - Rs. 11. 25 Crore (in 18 days)

 

With no biggies around the corner and the movie receiving steady footfalls at the multiplexes in the city, Kaala might even climb up the ladder further.
