The film industry has been buzzing with the news of Tamil actor Sathyaraj getting his own wax statue at the world famous Madame Tussauds wax museum, Details of which edition the Baahubali actor's statue will be featured (Asia, Europe, USA or Australia) is not known, nevertheless the honour remains momentous for Sathyaraj is the first from Tamil Nadu to receive it.
One of world's most frequented tourist attractions, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum was founded by French wax sculptor Marie Tussaud in 1761, first launched in London and now spread all across the world. The list of Indian film celebrities who find their life-size statues in these museums are listed below :
