Gypsy is the title of Jiiva's next with Rajumurugan

 

Yesterday, we had reported of actor Jiiva teaming up with director Raju Murugan, who is best known for his National award winning film Joker. The film they are teaming up for has been titled Gypsy and as reported by us, it is said to be a story based on music and travel. Sources even add that Jiiva's character in the movie is more on the lines of Jordan (JJ) played by Ranbir Kapoor in the film Rockstar. However, there has been no official confirmation on the same.

Gypsy is bankrolled by S. Ambethkar of Olympia Movies, who had earlier produced Sivakarthikeyan's Manam Koththi Paravai in 2012. The filmmakers are yet to share full details of the remaining cast and crew.
