A few days back, the internet was abuzz with the news that Dhanush and Sri Thenandal Films will be collaborating for a big project soon. We've come to know that Dhanush himself will be directing this film, which will have a period setting in the pre-independence era. He'll also be playing the lead role. It sure is a mighty exciting development which is waiting to be made official soon.

Dhanush will be returning to direction with this film, after the successful, heart-warming Power Paandi, earlier in the year. We believe he'll do full justice as the hero - director in this TSL biggie. Dhanush is busy with a chunk of other films in various stages of production, as we all know. He's one ace multi-tasker indeed!
