Exclusive : Comic actor Yogi Babu on Thadam and Pariyerum Perumal 

Yogi Babu may be known as a comic actor but he has been slowly shifting his focus towards some character roles and is getting busy at that too. Speaking exclusively to Movie Crow on this gear-shift, the actor said,

"In Thadam and Pariyerum Perumal, I have been given character roles to play for which I am very thankful to Magizh Tirumeni Sir (director of the former) and Pa. Ranjith Sir (producer of the latter). I see this shift from comedy to character role as a learning opportunity.

Currently I am working in many films but I will always be thankful to the all directors and producers who have trusted me with roles in their films, that I am being given such roles now." 

Thadam features actor Arun Vijay in the lead and is said to be an investigative thriller whereas Pariyerum Perumal is a directorial attempt by Maari Selvaraj with actors Kathir and Anandhi. Both films have very promising story lines and team and we hope to see Yogi Babu make the most of both these genres.
