Exclusive - Amala Paul's next is a Malayalam remake 

Actress Amala Paul who was recently seen promoting her upcoming release VIP 2 will be seen next in a remake film. The movie that is being planned to remade in Tamil is 2014's Malayalam hit release 100 degree Celsius and remake expert Jawahar Mithran (of Yaaradi Nee Mohini fame) is said to be directing the Tamil version. Hansika is also said to have been approached for the film with the actress yet to give her nod to it. 

Based on true events, 100 degree Celsius is a story of five women - a housewife, banker, IT professional, TV reporter and a college student. This women-centric thriller was originally scripted by Rakesh Gopan, and it starred Shwetha Menon, Meghna Raj, Bhama, Ananya and Haritha Parokod.
