Samuthirakani signs his next with Thotti Jaya / Nepali director

Actor-director Samuthirakani who will be seen donning a supporting role in upcoming movies like Vada Chennai, VIP 2, Aan Devathai, etc has signed his next film as a lead hero. Titled Yemali, the film will be directed by V.Z. Durai, who is making a comeback as a director after four years (His last outing was a movie titled 6 with Shaam in 2013). V.Z. Durai is also known for directing well known films like Mugavaree (Ajith), KadhalSadugudu (Vikram), Thotti Jaya (Simbu) and Nepali (Bharath).

Yemali will have writer Jeyamohan penning the dialogues and is expected to feature two heroines. The director is also planning on introducing a new music director through this film. An official announcement on further movie details are expected to be announced soon.
