Director Bala Has Announced His Next Hero And Heroine

Director Bala has finally made an announcement on the details of his next. For his yet untitled project, he has zeroed in on reality show (Super Singer Junior, Third Edition) runner-up, Pragathi Guruprasad and actor Yuvan to play his lead protagonists. While Pragathi has established herself as a playback singer, working with the likes of Anirudh and GV Prakash, Yuvan on the other hand, last appeared in the critically acclaimed Saatai. Pragathi had already been approached for a role in Bala's last Thaarai Thappatai. However, the opportunity had to be let go because of other commitments. The wait seems to have turned out more than worthy for the young artist. 

Bala was previously said to be planning a multi-starrer with established actors. The subject was even rumoured to be based on a novel. With his recent announcement, the director has put an end to all these speculations.
