The actor began his career in 1997 with Nerrukku Ner replacing Ajith. The verstatile actor known for his commitment and dedication in work has come a long way in his career and has established himself as a top actor in the industry. Some of the notable films in his career are Nandha, Mounam Pesiyadhe, Aayutha Ezhuthu, Kaakha Kaakha, Pithamagan, Perazhagan, Ghajini, Vaaranam Aayiram, Ayan, Rakth Charitra, Singam and 7am Arivu.
