Bala, Sasikumar's Thara Thappattai starts rolling

After much acclaimed movie Paradesi, Director Bala was working on a script for a long time. The 'Naan Kadavul' director announced his next movie few months back. The movie named as "Thara Thappattai" and director Sasikumar and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead.  The shooting will commence on July 14 in Chennai.

Cinematographer Chezian who worked with Bala in Paradesi will handle the camera to shoot the movie digitally. Costume designer Poornima also pulled in for the project.  Bala's lucky mascot "Isaignani" Ilayaraja will compose the music. It is said that the movie will be based on 'Karagattam'.
