Pushkar–Gayatri, a husband-and-wife filmmaking duo from Kollywood, are known for writing and directing Tamil black comedies like Oram Po (2007), Va-Quarter Cutting (2010), and the neo-noir action Vikram Vedha in both Tamil (2017) and Hindi (2022). 

OTT series created and written by Pushkar-Gayatri  like crime thriller Suzhal: The Vortex (Amazon Prime Video), and mystery crime thriller Vadhandhi: The Fable of Velonie (Amazon Prime Video) are also significantly popular.
