Andhadhun (2018) is a Sriram Raghavan directed National Award winning Hindi movie, which is based on a 2010 French short film L'Accordeur aka The Piano Tuner. The Tamil adaptation of this Andhadhun is titled Andhagan, has has actors Prashanth, Simran and Priya Anand reprising Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu, and Radhika Apte from the original.  

Andhagan is currently gearing up for a trailer release, and MovieCrow learns the team plans to premiere the video on July 12, 2024, in theaters along with Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 movie. Andhagan trailer's digital release will follow post its theatrical premiere, which Prashanth fans cannot wait to catch during Indian 2's interval. 

Andhagan is written and directed by Prashanth's filmmaker father Thiagarajan, and the movie is a production venture of their home banner Staar Movies. Andhagan is scheduled to release in August 2024, and has Santhosh Narayanan for music.
