Recently the cricket-crazy side of Twitter was taken by a storm, after a Zimbabwean resident declared "revenge time" on Pakistan via the T20 Zimbabwe Vs Pakistan match. When curious cricket fans prodded him for the reason behind his pre-match wrath, the Zimbabwean twitter handle revealed that he and his people were "defrauded" into believing a Pakistanti doppelganger for Mr. Bean (the iconic character played by British actor Rowan Atkinson), during a totally unrelated event.

Imitating Arunachalam Rajinikanth, 62 year old ex-government official Rehmat Gashkori told the Arab News in Pakistan, “During my service with the deputy commissioner’s office in Sibi, I didn’t care too much about the comments about my resemblance with Rajinikanth. After I retired, I started using social media where many people started calling me by that name. I accepted it since I realized that God had blessed me with the looks of a great actor and human being.”
Gashkori also shared how his resemblance to Rajini is accepted not just in Pakistan but from neighbouring countries including India. "I remember that I once traveled to Karachi for a medical checkup. While I was visiting a shopping mall, people gathered around me in large numbers and started taking selfies. Some of them asked: ‘Are you Rajinikanth?’ I replied: ‘Yes, but I’m from Pakistan. People from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Nepal comment on my pictures and call me Rajnikanth.”
