2019 Malayalam hit Android Kunjappan Version 5.25  has been adapted into Tamil as Koogle Kutappa and the movie is all set to release in theaters this year. Koogle Kutappa stars KS Ravikumar, Tharshan, Losliya and Yogi Babu among others and revolves around the bond between a lonesome senior citizen and an actual robot.

Koogle Kutappa is directed dy K.S. Ravikumar's former associates Sabari and Saravanan  and has Ghibran for music. The film is produced by KS Ravikumar.
