Movie Theaters in Tamil Nadu are gearing up to be 'decked' this Christmas Season, for as many as four new movies will be releasing on big screens instead of OTT platforms which have been a popular choice all 2020. The list of Tamil films both original and dubbed releasing on December 25, 2020 are:

• Katteri - A horror comedy starring Vaibhav, Varalaxmi, Sarathkumar, Sonam Bajwa, Aathmika.
• Chiyangal - Acclaimed in the film-festival circuit, this movie's main stars are all 60+ year old debutants.
• Wonder Woman 1984 (Tamil Dubbed) - A sequel to Gal Gadot's DC superhero movie Wonder Woman.
• Shakeela (Tamil Dubbed) - Based on actress Shakeela's autobiographical book, this Bollywood production stars Richcha Chaddha in the lead alongside Pankaj Tripathi.
• Vanguard (Tamil Dubbed) - A Chinese production, the movie marks Jackie Chan's seventh collaboration with director Stanley Tong, where he plays the head of a security firm assigned to protect a high profile target's daughter.
