Mersal Magician Raman Sharma sends Demand Notice to Sri Thenandal Films!

It has been a while since Canada based magician Raman Sharma came out demanding unpaid dues from Sri Thenandal Films for the work that he did on the Vijay, Atlee film Mersal. While the magician has not been paid despite the production house being called out in public, Sharma has now updated that he came down to Chennai in April this year and that he and his legal team in India have now successfully sent a demand notice to the production house.

For the uninitiated, a demand notice is usually sent by a creditor to his/her corporate debtor demanding payment of dues as per Rule 5(1) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016. In his twitter video, Raman has also mentioned that the official address of Sri Thenandal Films in no longer in existence and it is evident from his legal notice that the company has filed for bankruptcy.

The magician's animosity towards Murali Ramasamy and Hema Rukmani seems to have not calmed down, for Sharma asks in the video that if the two are indeed going through tough times financially because of the losses occurred through Mersal, how come the producer of the film is "showing-off her shopping from Louis Vuitton".
