We had reported earlier that National award winning black-comedy Andhadhun is coming to Tamil with actor Prashanth in the lead and his father Thiyagarajan as the producer. Latest buzz on the film suggests that director Gautham Vasudev Menon has been approached to direct the film, though an official confirmation on the same is awaited. 

Andhadhun starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte in the lead was written and directed by Sriram Raghavan and he is said to have taken inspiration from the French film L'Accordeur (The Piano Tuner). The film recently won three National awards for Best adapted screenplay, Best Hindi film and Best lead actor.
