Bharathi Raja to head Tamil Nadu Film Directors Association!

 

At a time when Nadigar Sangam elections for selecting the executive heads and members are around the corner, the Tamil Nadu Film Directors' Association have selected their President through unanimous approval sans any competition. In a general body meeting that was held recently, veteran director Bharathi Raja was recommended for the post and he is said to have agreed to hold the post.
 
Director Seenu Ramasamy confirmed the same via his tweet today, where he thanked the 'Iyakunar Imayam' for 'graciously accepting' the honour.

Meanwhile, director Bhagiyaraj representing Swami Sankardas Ani and Nasser representing Pandavar Ani will be contesting for the presidential post of the South Indian Artistes' Association (SIAA) on June 23, 2019.
