'Terror has no Religion': Vivek Oberoi counters Kamal Haasan's 'Free India's First Terrorist was a Hindu' remark!

 

Tamil actor-politician Kamal Haasan made it to the headlines yet again when he controversially made a religion remark during a election campaign on Sunday night. The Makkal Needhi Mayam founder who visited Aravakurichi, one of the four Assembly constituencies where bypolls are scheduled on May 19, 2019 said,
 
“I am not saying this because this is a Muslim-dominated area, but I am saying this before a statue of Gandhi. Free India’s first terrorist was a Hindu, his name is Nathuram Godse. There it [terrorism] starts,”  

Campaigning for his candidate S. Mohanraj, Haasan also added that he had come here “seeking answers for that murder,” referring to Gandhi’s assassination in 1948. Taking on these statements, Bollywood actor cum staunch BJP supporter Vivek Oberoi took to twitter to counter Kamal Haasan's take and wrote:
