South Film celebs laud the Indian Air Force post the Surgical Strike 2!

 

Just days after the Pulwama Terror Attack that claimed the lives of 40 CRPF Jawans in India administered Kashmir, the country woke up to the news of India's first air strike on Pakistan in the last 50 years. 

The Indian government announced on Tuesday that 12 Indian Air Force Mirage-2000 fighter jets struck at terrorist targets in Pakistan and dropped around 1,000 kg bombs on Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camps across the Line of Control (LoC) in Muzafarabad sector early morning on Tuesday.

The news of these attacks spread like wildfire and several film celebrities from the South joined the nation in lauding the 'Surgical Strike 2' of the Indian Air Force, all of whom returned to the Indian base safely.
The strike is believed to have taken place around 4 am and though Pakistan confirmed the LOC breach, they claimed that an Indian jet dropped a payload (bomb) at Balakot without causing any casualties.
Indian Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale on the other hand said, "A large number of terrorists were eliminated... It was a non-military, preemptive action..the selection of the target was also conditioned by our desire to avoid civilian casualties.The facility is located in thick forest on a hilltop far away from any civilian presence.."
