MCU creator Stan Lee dies at 95, Marvel fans & stars pay homage!

Stan Lee, creator of popular comic book characters such as Spider-Man, Dr. Strange (with Ditko who passed away earlier this year), Fantastic Four, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Silver Surfer and X-Men (alongside Kirby), Daredevil (with  Bill Everett), Black Panther, among others died early Monday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was 95. 


Lee was a  former president of Marvel Comics and until he retired from editing in 1971, wrote all the copy for Marvel's covers. He was also recognized for making a cameo in every Marvel film. (Marvel Entertainment was bought off by Walt Disney in 2009 and Stan later founded Pow! Entertainment a company aimed at developing film, TV and video game properties.)
 
Lee's Stan Lee is survived by his daughter Joan Celia and a younger brother Larry Lieber who is a writer and artist himself for Marvel.

Prior to his death, Stan Lee had shot his last cameo in the fourth and final installation of the Avengers movie, which plans to release by May, 2019.
