Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika Mandanna starrer Geetha Govindam directed by Parasuram which hit the screens on August 15 has been doing phenomenal business at the Box Office even in its third week. The romantic comedy film has received overwhelming response from the audience and critics alike. It has minted around Rs. 109 cr worldwide and has earned quadruple profits for the all the stakeholders.

In Tamil Nadu too, Geetha Govindam has been doing extremely good business, thanks to the rising popularity of Vijay Devarakonda in the state. The film has minted Rs. 5.85 cr till date and has been declared a blockbuster in the state. Sakthivelan's Sakthi Film Factory released the film in the TN. The distributor has made about ten times profit from the film's business. 

Geetha Govindam has surprisingly surpassed the collections of Bharat Ane Nenu and Rangasthalam in Tamil Nadu. Mahesh Babu's film earned Rs. 4.4 cr while Rangasthalam grossed Rs. 3.5 cr in TN. The film marks the highest collection for a Telugu film other than the Baahubali series.
