Varalakshmi Sarathkumar's next project went on floors today after a formal film launch event. She plays a blind girl in the film and this is the first time she is donning such a role. The untitled film will be directed by JK and has music by Sam CS. Varu shared the poster of her upcoming film on her Twitter page.

Varu Sarathkumar is awaiting the release of Mr. Chandramouli which is hitting the screens tomorrow. Her upcoming films include Thalapathy 62, Maari 2 and Sandakozhi 2.
