Ashok Selvan - Priya Anand starrer Maya wins Chicago South Asian Film Festival award

After Kootathil Oruthan, actors Ashok Selvan and Priya Anand teamed up once again for the recently-released short film Maya, which received positive reviews from audiences and critics alike. The 11-minute short film is directed by Ani Sasi, a former associate of legendary director Priyadarshan.

Maya was selected for the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, from entries all over the world and premiered in September this year. Now, the film has won the Best Short Film (Fiction) at the awards festival making the actor duo and the director, who shot Maya in a single day.
