Podaa Podi Distribution Details

We received confirmations and clarifications regarding yesterday's Diwali release report about Podaa Podi. As part of the latest developments, Producer Hitesh Jabak had bought the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights and dubbing rights from Gemini Film Circuit(GFC). GFC has sold the overseas rights to Ayngaran on distribution share basis. Jabak has confirmed to sources that he is 100% committed to releasing Poda Podi on Diwali (Nov 13). 

Studio Green is also keen on releasing Vikram Prabhu's debut movie Kumki on the same day (Diwali) to counter Vijay's Thuppakki. Hope a well-intentioned smaller budget movie, Kumki, won't not get trampled by ugly ego wars going on in Tamil Cinema.
