STR joins Poda Podi team for climax song

STR has wrapped up the second schedule of Vaalu in Hyderabad. Vaalu is a full-fledged comedy entertainer starring STR, Hansika, Santhanam and VTV Ganesh. The film directed by debutant Vijay Chander is slated for Diwali release. Music is scored by Thaman.

STR has now joined the Poda Podi team for the climax song shoot in Mumbai. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar plays the female lead. The film is expected to be wrapped up soon to gear up for release. The actor had earlier said that Poda Podi which had been long in the making will hit the screens first, followed by Vaalu for Diwali and Vettaimannan for Pongal. Film is directed by Vignesh Siva and music by Dharan.
