Singam 2 ready to roar!!

Director Hari is all set to begin work on ‘Singam 2’, the sequel to the blockbuster ‘Singam’. Surya who plays the lead will join the team after completing his upcoming film ‘Maatraan’ directed by K.V. Anand. Surya and Hari are joining together for the fourth time in ‘Singam 2’ after 'Aaru', 'Vel' and 'Singam'.

The main star cast of the film remains the same with Surya, Anushka, Nasser, Radha Ravi, Rahman. Vivek and Santhanam take care of the humour quotient. Hansika plays another lead in the film. Mukesh Rishi a popular actor in Tollywood and Bollywood has been roped in as the ‘baddie’ in Singam 2. Devi Sri Prasad scores the music. The director had done screening of around 1000 people to select the remaining cast of the film. The film is expected to have a formal launch on July 14 and the shooting is likely to start by the end of this month.
