First Look and Trailer Launch of Mugamoodi

Jiiva is currently busy shooting round the clock for two of the most expected films Mysskin's Mugamoodi and Gautham Menon's Neethane En Ponvasantham, both of which are in final stages. 

The First Look and Trailer of Mugamoodi will be unveiled on June 29 at a grand launch. UTV is planning to release the movie on August 31. The producer, Dhananjayan, has been working with other producers to avoid potential clashes since there is a large line-up of movies slated for second half of the year.

Jiiva plays a superhero in Mysskin’s most ambitious project ‘Mugamoodi’. Mugamoodi is the first superhero film in Kollywood. He is not a superhero with magical powers but one who fights out the evil with his own intellect and physical strength.

Mysskin's favourite Narain who had earlier declined to act in the negative role (Ajmal) in "Ko" finally agreed to play the baddie role in Mugamoodi. Narain and Jiiva have trained themselves extensively in martial arts and have performed high octane stunts. The film has big expectations owing to its Superhero theme and Mysskin's style of making.
