Kamal Haasan & daughter Shruthi to take part in India Day Parade at New York!

 

The India Day Parade is one of the largest celebrations of the country's Independence outside the geography and is conducted every year by the US-based Federation of Indian Associations. This year, Tamil actor cum politician Kamal Haasan will be headlining the parade at Manhattan as Grand Marshall, while his daughter Shruthi Haasan will be seen attending the event as a Guest of Honour. Also taking part would be Bollywood's celebrity musician Kailash Kher and former cricketer Vivian Richards. 

The event will take place between 12 and 6 on August 19, 2018 and will also see Mickey Singh and Shibani Kashyap in attendance. In the past, the event has been graced by Indian film personalities such as Abhishek Bachchan, Arjun Rampal, Rana Daggubatti, Tamannah Bhatia, Sunny Deol, Raveena Tandon among others.
