Composer Imman, who is currently part of some highly anticipated movies like Tik Tik Tik and Viswasam, has announced that after spending over 17 years in the film industry, he is returning to Independent music; Not that Imman is leaving films, but he who started his career being an independent musician is returning to his roots. The announcement says Imman will be releasing a Tamil Anthem in collaboration with audio label giant Sony Music South, production house Knack Studios and beverage giant 7 UP. 

It also states that the song celebrates the Tamil language and culture and will particularly be enjoyed by youngsters in the state. Apparently Imman's work will be featured alongside Vivek Mervin, Sajith Sathya, Leon James, Oorka and Santhosh Dhayanidhi in an independent music platform named 7UP Madras Gig, whose logo was unveiled earlier today.
