Coimbatore Multiplex(KG) Box Office Report 

 The fact that 4 low budget movies released in one weekend shows that all the current movies in the theatre are making sub-optimal collections. Looking at the Coimbatore multiplex report has revealed a few interesting things

Box Office Performance

Osthe opened very well during the weekend. But, dropped steeply on week days finishing the full week at 51% occupancy levels. It is surprising that a well expected movie like Osthe's Box office collection for first week is lower than non-mass movies like Mayakkam Enna and Poraali. 7aum Arivu is still collecting more than 2 Lakhs a week from one screen and expected to continue with a handful of shows for a few more weeks.

All 3 movies, Osthe, Porali and Mayakkam Enna are expected to finish its run with "Average to Above Average" status due to reasonable production budget.
