Nandita replaces Manisha Yadav in Idam Porul Eval

Idam Porul Eval starring Vijay Sethupathi and Vishnu Vishal in the lead roles is directed by Seenu Ramasamy of Neerparavai fame. The film went on floors earlier this month in Kodaikanal. Nandita will be pairing opposite Vijay Sethupathi. The duo are teaming up for the second time after Idarkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara.

Earlier Manisha Yadav of Vazhakku En fame was roped in to play the female lead opposite Vijay Sethupathi. Manisha who had shot a few scenes had been dumped from the film as she didn't suit the character. She was offered to play the lead role opposite Vishnu instead which she had refused. Nandita has now bagged the role opposite Vijay Sethupathi while the leading lady for Vishnu is yet to be finalised.

The film is produced by Lingusamy's Thirupathi Brothers. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be scoring the music while the songs will be penned by Vairamuthu. The duo are teaming up for the first time.
