Gautham Karthik's pair in Naanum Rowdy Thaan

Gautham Karthik will be teaming up with Poda Podi director Vignesh Shiva for a new film titled 'Naanum Rowdy Thaan'. Gautham Menon will be producing the film and Anirudh will be scoring the music. The female lead of the film has been finalised.

Lavanya Tripathi who is sharing the screenspace with Sasikumar in Bramman will be playing the leading lady opposite Gautham Karthik. Lavanya will be playing a deaf girl in the film. The story revolves around a 19-year-old, and is set against a gangster backdrop. There is a parallel love story in the film. Naanum Rowdy Thaan will be made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.
